Return and Refund Policy

International Orders are not subject to return or refunds due to health restrictions, and the current Covid-19 requirements.

NOTE: International Orders are subject to confiscation by your customs officials, and possibly destroyed!  Please check your country’s policies before ordering!

FOR US Addresses

Dry Packets must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, and the packets must be still be sealed to receive a refund.  Refunds will be issued on the remaining quantity of your unopened packets upon receipt and inspection by our office. 

  • If you’re returning dry packets: Please send them to P.O. Box 278, Crestone, CO 81131.
    Once your return is approved, you’ll receive your refund as follows:​​
  • If you paid by check, we will send a refund check to you.​​
  • If you paid via PayPal, we will send a refund to your PayPal account.​​
  • If you paid via credit or debit card, we will credit back your card. We do not keep your credit or debit card information on file so please be prepared to give us this information when you call.

Bottled Essiac Tea is not subject to return or refund.  If you are not interested in consuming the rest of your tea, please pass your bottles on to someone who can benefit from the remedy.
